Decent, but not perfect

Pros: Quiet, fairly easy to install, reasonably priced.
Cons: No documentation included, though I was able to figure out pretty quickly what needed to be done. My biggest complaint, however, is that while they curved the corners of the heat sink vanes, they could have made the curve a big deeper. As it was, my phillips screwdriver bit chewed aluminum filings from the bottom couple of vanes due to the tight fit. I blew them out with compressed air as best I could, but stray conductive metal filings inside one's computer can be more than a little disconcerting.
DOA

Pros: Decent price point, usually good quality from Eaton.
Cons: This unit was dead on arrival. Unfortunately, the equipment that was to be connected to it was delayed, so it was not unboxed within 30 days of invoice, thus I will have to go through the manufacturer to (hopefully!) get it replaced.
Overall Review: I have owned 10+ UPSes over the years and this is the first one I've ever had that failed to power up new out of the box. I currently own 5 Eaton/Powerware/Best units, and I've always been pleased with their quality and support, so hopefully this is just an anomaly. And yes, I did connect the battery plug before attempting to power up.
As expected

Overall Review: simple to install, works as expected, price is right
Pretty easy upgrade

Pros: It was almost a drop-in replacement for a unit that had failed (DGS-1024D that had been fried by a lightning strike). I had to reorganize my cabling a bit since only ports 1-12 have PoE; since purchasing the previous unit, I had added IP phones with PoE capability. Thus, I was able to connect those phones to ports 1-12, and was then able to retire the power bricks attached to the phones, which was a big plus!
Cons: I guess having all 24 ports w/ PoE would be a plus, but I own less than 12 PoE phones, so not a big deal.
Overall Review: I would definitely recommend this switch for anyone with similar needs: basic network management and limited quantity of PoE devices.
Works as expected

Pros: Allows one to use a high-endurance MicroSDHC card in any reasonable USB port.
Cons: none yet

Pros: Love the modularity and ease of installation.
Cons: None.
Device name is not legible
This device shows up on my Ubuntu desktop as a device with a Chinese name (and I don't read Chinese). Since it is the only one, I know which is which, but I would prefer that it show up in my native English. As to the timing, it was more or less on time, but it showed as "shipped" within a day of my purchase, but repeated checks on the shipping progress showed as "label has been printed" until I contacted the vendor's customer service, who provided the real USPS tracking number.
