Pros: Using this as an "SSD" for Debian 12 bookworm on an EOL Samsung Chromebook 3. It works really well. The original 16GB is just the swap.

Cons: No idea. At 2 weeks, none.

Pros: Fans made the SMART temperatures several degrees cooler then without it

Cons: Some say fans are loud. Since I was expecting to hear the fans when I got them installed I thought, "that's not so bad". Yes you can hear the fans but I can live with it.
