Pros: This mount is sturdy and easily accomodates tv's as well as computer monitors. Contrary to other reviews, you CAN re-assemble this mount to swivel to the right (it comes assembled to swivel to the left). I am a 40 y.o. mom and after reading another review that mentioned the possibility, I disassembled the mount and reassembled so that it would swivel to the right. Take the top screw of the elbow piece out of the bracket using the allen wrench. Completely remove the X bracket and elbow mechanism from the sliding plate. Loosen the plastic tilt screw so that the elbow can turn. Turn the elbow and plastic tilt screw as one 180 degrees so that the elbow now faces up. Now turn the x bracket, tilt screw and elbow as one 180 degrees so that the elbow is on the left pointed down. Reattach to sliding plate in this position. Now it swivels to the right! Yes, men, you can thank me later!
