Good choice

Pros: : I can run World of Warcraft in Ultra mode and get 27 FPS in Orgrimmar. Windows 7 Experience Index (after memory and SDD upgrade): Processor: 7.1, Memory: 7.4, Graphics: 5.9, Gaming Graphics: 6.6, Primary HDD: 7.9. The speakers are not very loud, but they do have nice sound. It is small and light, with the power of a gaming desktop. It comes with 2GB of extra memory (4GB + 2GB) and an extra 24GB SSD (500GB HD + 24GB SSD) ! The battery recharge time is pretty fast.
Cons: I was a bit disappointed with the processor and the regular graphics score. My Pentium 3.0 QX6850 from 2008 got better score(7.3). To replace the memory and hard drive you need a Mini Torx Screwdriver T5. There are 12 screws to remove. The memory is easier to replace. To replace the hard drive you will need to move the battery and one of the internal speakers (watch out the tiny cable). The HD UVC Webcam isn’t very good. While playing games with demanding graphics the video card fan will kick in and it gets a bit noisy (no big deal, but might bother some people). The battery does not last very long.
Overall Review: I replaced the OS with Windows 7 Professional (came with Windows 8), downloaded all drivers from ASUS and Intel (they have a few newer drivers). All devices were recognized. You need to download/install drivers under "Others" in the ASUS website, so no device will be pending. I also replaced the hard drive with a solid state drive(Samsung MZ-7PC256B/WW)(some Intel SSD have an extra plastic frame that makes them thicker than normal, so they do not fit in the ultra book, you have to remove the plastic frame and leave without screws or use a different SSD) . I also replaced the memory with 8GB (Kingston KVR16S11/8) for a total of 10GB. Final weight: 3lb 2.8oz.
Bad luck?

Pros: I have been buying Kingston memories for years and never had any problem. Kingston memories have life time warranty.
Cons: I wasted 3 months trying to figure out why my first Media Center PC was not working (Blue Screen of Death after random hours of operation and random freezes). Used 3 different machines thinking that was some other hardware problem, like the TV Tuner card. I installed the memory on my 3rd machine, which has been 100% stable, moved its memory to the 2nd machine with the Media Center hardware and VOILA! 2nd machine is stable, 3rd machine BLUE SCREEN of DEATH. All 3 machines could handle DDR2 800 ("lucky me"). Also, none of these machines have heat problem they are all well ventilated and the memory never runs hot.
Overall Review: Based on my previous experience with Kingston, I would say I got the short stick on this one...it happens! However I still have to give one star, since it was really hard to pinpoint the memory as the problem. It even passed on two different full memory tests!
Works with PCI 3.3V

Pros: Works with PCI 3.3V. Motherboard SuperMicro X5DPR-IG2+. Installed Windows 2003 Standard Server R2 (Need a floppy disk with the driver, downloaded from SYBA website). Also was recognized by Clonezilla, no driver asked. Motherboard BIOS was able to list the hard drive and include it in the boot order, so you can boot from it.
Cons: No low profile bracket.
Overall Review: I also tested a 3TB hard drive and it works! I was able to format it with NTFS using GPT. I did not try to boot from the 3TB hard drive .
Find something else

Pros: When it works, the sound is good.
Cons: I bought to use with an i pod 3g. There are several problems: The only controls that work are volume and play/pause. It will often not connect automatically and have intermittent sound while playing. Walking/running may be very annoying, once the back part is heavier and will be hitting the back of your neck. Battery runs out really fast and even when it is turned off it discharges.
Overall Review: Some of the problems a mentioned above may only happen with i pods. The price went down by a lot for a reason.
Not recommended

Pros: The idea is great. Being able to control a game using brain waves would certainly make every command faster. In a live game a player would get the edge.
Cons: The implementation doesn't work well. It doesn't really use brain waves. It responds to your forehead's muscles movements and if you play action games like I do (for several hours) you will notice that after a few minutes the muscles in your forehead will be on fire!
Overall Review: Even if you could adapt and be able to use the muscles in your forehead for hours every day, after a while it would not be pretty. Or you would have a buffed forehead or you would have a lot of lines in there...So, it was a waste of money and now I just use it to impress my friends for a few minutes.
Multiple failures after 18 months

Pros: It worked well for 18 months.
Cons: After 18 months the on board sound card failed, two weeks later the motherboard burned the power supply and the video card and almost started a fire (some circuits were on fire).
Overall Review: The motherboard has too many configuration option and for many of them you get a threatening message saying that if you change something it may lock the motherboard in a way that can't be reversed.
