Best mp3 player ever
Pros: Easy to use (virtually the same interface as an iPod), no drivers to install (under XP anyways). Integrates with Windows Media Player and Winamp for easy music transfer (you can transfer whole playlists at a time). The micro SD card slot give you unlimited expansion options.
Cons: The only problem I ran into was that when I first plugged it in, it did not show up in "My Computer" like my other Sandisk did. However, in the "settings menu" there is a "USB mode" option that you can change so that it will. Also, if you use Winamp, it will give you a "no disk" error if the SD card slot is empty. Don't worry about that, it's just trying to read something that isn't there.
Overall Review: All in all, it's a great mp3 player. I've had no problems with anything up to this point. The scroll wheel does feel a little on the "cheap" side, but after reading other reviews, I'm sure that it is sturdy.
Buyer Beware!
Pros: Great concept. Not having to plug your mp3 player into your pc/mac to charge it.
Cons: NOT compatible with the Sansa series (atleast not the e280). They e280 does not have a micro usb port for it to plug into. The "Features" section mentions a "special connector" but I did not receive such a thing nor is it in any of the pictures so I don't know what that's all about.
Overall Review: Fortunately, I have another Sandisk mp3 player that it does work for but since I bought it for my Sansa e280, I was unhappy to find that it uses a micro usb port and the Sansa uses a "dock" connection.
Great Idea
Pros: Hard plastic cases are a must for someone such as myself. I drop things (especially small electronics like cellphones) all the time. This was a good investment.
Cons: The headphone jack is somewhat crowded out by the case but a file fixed that problem for me.
Overall Review: This is a pretty good case, better than the silicon ones. It even protects the screen, a must when traveling. Overall it's fairly decent case.
