Pros: Solid upgrade-ability Good stock sound Plenty of RAM and PCI/e slots

Cons: The color scheme is a bit hard to find matching stuff for. Not quite as many fan connectors or SATA ports as I'd want, but they're easy to reach. I/O shield was pretty poorly made, warped from day 1.

Overall Review: Very good for the price. Never had to deal with customer support, so I have no idea if that's subpar, but I'd buy another BIOSTAR board in a heartbeat for the value this one's had.

Pros: Solid Build Quality Light weight Cheap (I paid $19 for it at a Big Box store)

Cons: Only the three standard buttons No way to open it up without taking off those glide pads started to miss clicks after about 3 months of use.
