Pros: N/A; I could never get the product to work.

Cons: Tried a few times, but I couldn't get the software from their website to install on Windows 10 Pro (version 17134). They send a CD of software, but as my computer doesn't have an optical disk drive, I wasn't able to use it.

Overall Review: I'm guessing this an OS compatibility issue wherein the driver doesn't work with this OS version, but when I selected "Incompatible" as the return reason, Newegg charged me return shipping as an extra restock fee.
