Pros: Not sure there are any.

Cons: I bought four of these and they all need to be powered cycled a few times a month. When they stop working, it sometimes take 2-3 power cycles to restore operation. The problem is, sometimes the second cycle appears to make the router work again. Then minutes later, it dies again. Then maybe the third power cycle will restore operation for a few weeks. Tried different power supplies and no improvement. The wall cubes are all plugged into a good UPS too. This morning I logged in as admin and the management screen partially fills. I can't even see or access the menu screens I need to change. These routers are several months old and I'm sick and tired of power cycling them all the time just to keep them working!
