Overall Review: I received this external sound card 3 days ago and it is working as I expected it to. The audio quality is clear and good on my headphones with no static or any other problems. On a Mac be sure to go to System Preferences and change the output choice to this device.

Overall Review: Projector lamps are fragile items and need to be shipped with an appropriate amount of cushioning. The projector lamp assembly I ordered arrived without any cushioning, and as a result all of the 4 clips that hold the actual lamp to the housing/assembly had all come dislodged and were loose in the box which left the actual lamp able to flail about banging against the housing assembly. Lamp filaments do not like to bang about as it shortens their life. So the projector lamp and assembly arrived in a box without cushioning. When I called Customer Service I asked that the replacement lamp assembly box be placed in a larger box surrounded by cushioning - not a problem I was told by the very pleasant Customer Service rep. However the replacement lamp assembly arrived exactly like the first one - in the same type of box as the first one, with no cushioning and all of the lamp clips were loose and rattling around with the lamp loose and flailing about. At this point I knew I just wanted a refund - which I received with ease and grace. Customer Service is great at this company. The shipping department could learn much from them. Will I ever order from this company again? - no a chance!
