Good battery life
Pros: Inexpensive Battery life is long enough for me Clips onto my pants
Cons: You can't organize the song order the way you want in windows. Example: you can't create a folder in windows and drag songs you like into it. You can however create a "go list" inside the player that acts like your favorite song folders. It will contain the songs that you put into it. Would be nice if we can organize the song folder on windows because that's easier.
Overall Review: Good player for the price.
NO Customer Service, NO Mail in rebate
Pros: Clips right onto am3 motherboard clips. No need to remove back plate.
Cons: Sunbeam does not offer customer service at all. They don't even have a number in the US For you to call. They only have an email address they don't answer. If you have tall ram chips you can't have the fan in a push configuration only pull.
Overall Review: I tried contacting them for my mail in rebate. No response. I will never buy another sunbeam/tuniq product again because they don't provide customer service or honor their mail in rebates.
game does not work on PC!!!
Pros: none, game doesn't work
Cons: game does not work.
Overall Review: this game isn't ready for release. EA released an unfinished game. It will crash randomly. You can't play for more than 20 minutes without the game crashing. Everyone is having this issue. Don't waste your money. Buy something else!!!
They don't honor their Mail in rebate.
Pros: I like the heatsink
Cons: They don't honor their mail in rebates
Overall Review: I bought this over the hyper 212 because this was cheaper with the $15 mail in rebate. I never received it. Sunbeamtech doesn't acknowledge my emails and they don't have a telephone number to call. I have since filed a complaint with the better business bureau against sunbeamtech. They are also Tuniq so avoid that brand too if you wish to avoid being scammed out of your rebate.
Tall ram chips beware
Pros: Inexpensive. Good cooling. Easy install. Clamps right onto your existing AM3 motherboard without having to remove or install new back plate. Comes with CPU fan speed controller. Comes with good thermal paste. A big tube, too This thing lowered my temperatures from my stock heatsink from 63celsius to 54 celsius running prime 95 100% on all four cores.
Cons: The fan clip that clips the fan to the heatsink is flimsy. Feels like it's going to fall off at any moment. If you have tall ram chips like me(gskill ripjaw series) then you can only install the heat sink one way. You can only install the fan using a Pull motion pulling the heat off the cpu towards the rear exhaust fan. You can't do a Push motion because the heatsink/fan will cover the ram slots if your ram chips are the taller kind.
Overall Review: When you apply the thermal paste be sure to apply some onto the heatsink itself first and spread it out with a card. Then apply a dot of the thermal onto the CPU and put the heatsink on top of it and squish it around. Reason you want to apply some thermal onto the heatsink itself first is because the heatsink has the copper pipes built into the flat sink part so it's not 100% flat so putting some thermal on and spreading it helps makes sure you get better contact.
