Pros: It most defiantly runs games like a champ solid frames on everything I played on ultra settings. Keyboard, and screen res really nice

Cons: And this list is growing each day. When I unboxed it (Wednesday) I found a loose screw in the box it was from one of the three that hold the back on near the gpu cpu area. The back didn't seem to be loose but I could not put screw back in as the female end was striped somehow. I had yet to download anything on it, and was just poking around, playing with the steel series keyboard changing colors when it locked up so bad I could not even ctrl alt del to restart had to hard reboot (not good sign for hour old laptop. The built in mic is 10000% garbage it is not possible to use for Skype I had to talk about 2 inches from mic for the other person to hear me ( yes it was set up I even boosted my outgoing lvls but this created so much static its unbearable for other person. Day 3 my sound stopped working completely, I had to re download drivers to get it to work. The following two days I had reinstall drivers each time to get sound to work after shutting comp down for the night. Its now Sunday I've owned laptop for 5 days, I've had to hard reboot 2 times about 15 random unresponsive programs and had to reinstall audio drivers 3 times. Other negatives is the touch houtkeys at top work when the fell like it and the fan is super loud at top speeds. This is all absurd it will be going back as I have 15 day no question asked return policy.

Overall Review: Most likely I just got a lemon, and like I said when its working it runs games amazingly, but that many issues with a computer that is less than a week old is a no go for me. Only reason it got 2 eggs is the quality of keyboard screen.
