Pros: Quick, Quiet, works much better than the Hitachi Travelstar 4200RPM drive it replaced. Installed in a Dell Inspiron 1100 and it recognized the full 40 GB.

Cons: Drive is marked "Not for use in Laptop/Notebook computers"! This drive is designed for game consoles and other consumer video applications but not Notebook/Laptop computers. Seagate site says it is not designed for mobile use. The laptop I install it in never leaves the desk, so it should be ok; 5 year warranty, but not sure if this voids it.
