Pros: - Excellent packaging. Was delivered in pristine condition. - Came fully charged. - High quality build to it (and pretty heavy too, I keep mine on the floor). - Only had it for several days but so far it's fantastic. I downloaded the latest version of the software and everything runs great. I used to get random stutters when watching YouTube but with this UPS I haven't had any. Crazy! To give you an idea I have my 144hz G-Sync monitor and gaming tower plugged in. Tower is an I7 4790K, 16GB DDR3 2400MHz, Z97 mobo, dual GTX 970's in SLI, and full custom watercooling with 5 120mm fans and 3 140mm fans. At idle my watt usage is 90 and the battery runtime is 72 minutes. haven't tested gaming load time yet.

Cons: Haven't come across any.

Overall Review: For some reason my previous review right below this was edited or scrambled when I published it. Thank you CoolerMaster for responding when I said "COOLERMASTER FIX IT!!" However, the reason I said to fix it was because the keyboard does not recognize EVERY time you boot up. 100% of the time at Windows login (Win7), I have to unplug the USB and plug it back in for it to recognize. CoolerMaster offered an RMA however that will not solve anything. I have used different USB port, different cable, different computer. The problem is the keyboard's firmware. This is a common problem on the CoolerMaster forums. Their newest firmware adds new LED patterns (whooptie doo) but not a fix for this issue. I stand by my original comment in saying to purchase a different mechanical keyboard. VERY annoying.

Pros: *This is an update from my previous review. The keyboard itself is excellent, just as stated before. Especially love the sound the spacebar makes.

Cons: Previously stated the USB cable was far too short. I was required to purchase an additional USB extension cable after I received the product.

Overall Review: Rosewill's customer service was by far the greatest experience. They took care of my problem instantly and has exceeded my expectations. I have purchased products from Rosewill previously, but this experience will definitely have me purchasing more from them. EXCELLENT service.
