Pros: Identical to OEM Good price fast shipping
Cons: None
Overall Review: installed this for a client who's battery had completely failed. fits just like original battery. after charging, ran with heavy usage (defragging and screen at max brightness) for 1 hr still showed 60% battery.

Pros: Worked well when it worked
Cons: only worked 1 day and then would no longer communicate. Tried new batteries, ect. no success.
Overall Review: Sadly, purchased Nov 25 as a Christmas present, Died Dec 26th.

9"x12" Kraft Envelope with Peel-N-Seal 300 Pack
Pros: Envelopes are what I expected
Cons: I did not realize they would be loose in a larger box. This is just a common size cardboard box, not fitted to the envelopes, just loose in a larger box.
Overall Review: It just makes it awkward to put on shelves, since the box is much larger than the envelopes.

Cons: Died after 2 weeks ;-(
Overall Review: I bought 2, the first one died after about 2 weeks, just quit connecting... I plugged in the second one, we will see.

Great service & product!
This is the 3rd time I have ordered this item. I keep one in stock, du to the variety of connections offered. I have substituted this in a variety of different machines. It has worked fine in all full size cases where I have used it. works fine, and the delivery was on time!!
