EVGA SuperClocked 01G-P3-1557-KR GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: -Cheap price for pretty good performance. -Easy to install and run. -Doesn't use too much power. -Haven't run into anything it can't do -Can take heat well. It can run many older games on ultra and above, like Skyrim, Fallout, Call of Duty, and Mafia II. Games like Battlefield 3 and 4 can be played on Medium and High. Crysis 2 can run and Very High settings. Going from a really low end card to this, the difference in terms of performance was just mind blowing for the amount of money I spent.

Cons: -Can get kind of hot when playing more demanding games, (75'C on Battlefield 3) -When the card does get hot, the fan can get loud -The fan speed changing depend on load and temperature can be distracting sometimes. -Was not able to overclock it too far (About @ 1024 MHz) before the drivers crashed and defaulted back to the 981. Though, overclocking it got me able to run Battlefield 3 on ULTRA and get playable FPS. (Around ~30) That's all the problems I faced. I had no trouble with installing drivers.

Overall Review: If you're on a serious budget, this is certainly a card to consider purchasing. Though, if you can hold off on buying this and saving more money, you should buy something better in terms of performance. (Highly recommend the GTX 760 for about $250) I was not disappointed by this card at all. Great deal!
