Awesome Computer Monitor
Pros: LG, Large, DVI to HDMI or VGA to VGA connection to computer. Easily navigable options menu. Swivels slightly on its stand. It looks Sleek!
Cons: It is heavy (con? its a tv! where is it goin!)
Overall Review: I connected this to my Computer to upgrade my media center PC from 23" widescreen monitor to this. Definately worth it. I've played Bluray's, DVD's and videos all from the PC - and it looks AMAZING. If your connecting it to a computer, a decent video card is necessary for high resolutions. I am playing 1080p movies over my network on this Display.
Beast
Pros: The specs speak for themselves, see other thoughts.
Cons: It is super long - when i upgraded from 7600GT to 8800GT i was amazed at how HUGE the 8800GT was! However, i upgraded my 8800GT to this GTX 275. It is MORE than twice as big - it is twice as fat and significantly longer.
Overall Review: 10.5" long, 4.25" wide, and 1.5"deep. make sure your case can fit it. The good thing about this card is that it is significantly better than the GTX 260's but not as pricey as the 295. Mine is output to an LG 1080p 42'' LCDTV via DVI-HDMI - works flawlessly. Now, all i have to do is upgrade my Core 2 Duo to an i7!
Righteous SSD
Pros: Indilinx chipset provides improvement from previous gen SSDs. 64MB Cache. Super fast random read/write - thats what really sets this apart from cheaper models, not sustained r/w.
Cons: Price/GB?
Overall Review: I tried to upgrade the firmware, but it failed - turns out it is already 1571 - most recent version of firmware. Amazing Boot times. As someone previously mentioned, SSDs require a lot more attention as they are not natively supported by old OS's such as XP and Vista (it should be supported well in Win7 though). Be sure to upgrade your firmware when necessary, and definately run the "Trim" utility provided by Patriot. I was considering the Intel 160Gb G2's but their price got nerfed.
Great Memory
Pros: Works as expected. Has a nice heatsink. Good price. No BSOD is always good.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: I upgraded to this from 4x1Gb in my P965 C2D setup for performance and heat reasons. It has the right specs, 5-5-5, ~1.9V DDR2 800,
Great keyboard, Cheap mouse.
Pros: Green! It is a good keyboard.
Cons: Mouse is a dud. First i thought it was just uncomfortable and cheap. Then it just stopped working after a week - no biggy it was trash anyway.
Overall Review: I purchased this for my girlfriend who wanted a green keyboard and mouse. As expected the mouse was horrid, but the keyboard has withstood use and is still working strong. It is not an extremely comfortable keyboard, but it is comfy enough.
Silent fan
Pros: Silent. Small. Low power consumption
Cons: For a 40mm fan, none.
Overall Review: I used these to replace the noisy fans on two 7600GT GPU's, cooling is better than stock fans (although these GPU fans had a couple years under their belt).
