Pros: -HUGE drop in temp (compared to reference HSF). -HUGE drop in sound. -The lowest setting is all you need and is near silent -Green LED is not overbearing; even with other colors it looks good. -Easy to install* -Lots of high quality thermal grease; and its non-conductive.

Cons: -A little pricey; one egg deducted. I feel it should really drop about $20. -* Removal of old heatsink is a pain. As others, I ended up stripping out half the screws. I tried very hard not too, but the metal of the screws just seemed very soft and the screws had blue Locktite. Had to DRILL the screws out, which was pretty scary but it worked out fine. Be VERY careful or you may have to do such a drastic thing. Pretty intense for an average tech knowledge person like me. This has nothing to do with the actual product; no eggs deducted for this. -Takes up three slots; this is mentioned and expected so no eggs deducted -No other colors available. Green is Zalmans color and it looks cool (with blue) regardless in my opinion; no eggs deducted. -Blows LOTS of hot air in your case; however this doesn't effect other temps much. About 2-3 degree difference. Might be significant to overclockers that are on the edge of temp stability. No eggs stolen.

Overall Review: Be REALLY careful taking the old heatsink off. If stripped, use a very small "quick out" damaged screw bit. Worked like a charm. Make sure the fans can spin before power-up. One of the fans got stuck on the front mask, and did not spin at first. I was terrified! I just pressed down on it and it spun just fine. Just make sure they are free before you turn it on. Great product. I don't understand why they put such a horrible HSF on but made it so difficult to take off.... it could have lived without that blue Locktite!!!! If you have a GTX 470, and you got a reference HSF, you NEED this. Imagine NO MORE HAIR DRYER SOUND! TEMPS AT ACCEPTABLE RANGES!
