Pros: -Easy to work on -Nice tempered glass side, easily removed -Good cable management out of the box -Decent airflow for a prebuilt

Overall Review: First thing I noticed out of the box was the keyboard had some cosmetic damage in the lower left hand corner. What was weird was that the box wasn't damaged at all though. Same with the mouse, the back and forward thumb buttons were popped off. I popped them back on and they were a little "sticky," for lack of a better term, after that. Manageable but not great, and I was a little bummed as I bought this as a gift for my son. I registered the product and accessed their chat with a specialist feature through their site. Within minutes Matthew, the customer service specialist I spoke with, confirmed that he'll be sending replacements for both the mouse and keyboard out. Great customer service goes a long way and it's very much appreciated. The initial setup for the PC itself was very simple and straight forward with clear, well-written instructions. Very happy with the product and service overall.

probably won't use them again

I ordered a monitor through them to save approx. 8$. Regretting it now as I ordered the monitor on 9/3/2014 and the order verification just now went through (9/10/2014). I emailed last night asking why it took so long to verify because at this point it had been almost a week (order verification says it should take between 1 to 2 days tops.) Their response? They sent me the tracking number (which I'd already received) and told me to go to the UPS website. Didn't address the issue at all. Poor customer service and what appears to be slow payment processing. Hope anyone who uses them has a smoother process than I did!
