Pros: Overall I'm very happy with this server - Runs ESX 5.0 with a BIOS tweak (google it) - iLO3 is on port 1. (google it for the advanced iLO3 activation code) - ProLiant SmartStart is superior to what Dell has

Cons: - Can't do RAID 1 in ESX 5.0 because the SmartArray B110i is not recognized. - ESX will crash on boot if you don't do the CPU tweak in the BIOS.

Pros: So far 8GB x 2 = 16GB works perfectly in a HP ProLiant ML110 G7.
