Great CPU for the Price

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 - Core 2 Quad Yorkfield Quad-Core 2.66 GHz LGA 775 95W Processor - BX80580Q8400
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 - Core 2 Quad Yorkfield Quad-Core 2.66 GHz LGA 775 95W Processor - BX80580Q8400

Pros: Runs cool, Cheap, Quad core. SUPPORTS VT and SSE 4.1! Ignore the other "reviews".

Cons: 4mb cache.. AMD gives this class of Intel strong competion..

Overall Review: Stock HSF is sufficient for this CPU.

Do not purchase

Acronis 250 GB Online Backup 90 day Subscription
Acronis 250 GB Online Backup 90 day Subscription

Pros: None

Cons: This item was part of a shell shocker deal. It's original description was "ACRONIS TRUE IMAGE 2013 W/OL BU 90D". But Newegg changed the description and I never got my software. Only after agreeing to accept a refund and not the software did they admit they made a mistake.

Overall Review: Very disappointed with the service I received.

Great looking board - but flaky, let down by support

ASUS ROG STRIX Z270I GAMING LGA 1151 Intel Z270 HDMI USB 3.0 Mini ITX Motherboards - Intel
ASUS ROG STRIX Z270I GAMING LGA 1151 Intel Z270 HDMI USB 3.0 Mini ITX Motherboards - Intel

Pros: Solid bios options, looks great, 2x M.2 slots

Cons: Cold boot issues. Leave the system disconnected from power for too long and it will fail to boot claiming that your overclocking profile failed. Even if you are not overclocking. Suddenly I started getting Windows 10 blue screen (stop) errors. I updated the Bios to 0808 but it did not help. Then my Intel 512GB NVMe SSD stopped being seen by the system. I attempted to downgrade the bios but it will not flash any old versions. It claims they are not compatible.

Overall Review: I contacted support and used online chat. The rep said that their system was down the entire day and he could not help me. I would have to call back. He was very unhelpful and just told me that my board would need to be sent back another day when I would have to contact them again. No troubleshooting other than did you clear the CMOS. I am willing to have a hold put on my card for an advanced replacement because now I have a machine completely down. Why am I paying premium prices for a product that I cannot get reasonable support on? Do I have to purchase 2 boards? I was really hoping this process would not be the nightmare I read it would be. If someone who can help wants to chime in, I would be happy to work with them.
