Pros: Clean, solid, and plenty of connectors for just about anything you'd want to stuff in a case (and I have 3 HDDs, 2 opticals, and a 3850) True to its name, very quiet, excellent build quality. Cables long, which is great for my full tower, there is no corner that the cables couldn't reach, but if you have a small case, get some cable ties to tie'em up so they don't cluter.

Overall Review: Got this to replace a 550w which had a dead fan... didn't want to wait for it actually pop... since the last time I popped a PSU... I lost a mother board, and 2 HDDs....
