Pros: Works great when it's working. (Is that a pro!?)

Cons: Loses synch every couple of minutes. Looks like it's getting a static buildup or something because eventually it can't recover from it. I have to disconnect the adapter from the back of my machine, disconnect the hdmi connector, let it sit for a minute, and then plug it back in. And the cycle repeats itself again. Every few minutes it will lose sync, flicker and then come back. And after a 1/2 day of use, it goes away until I've disonnected it.
