Comments: Concur w/bo's review of 6/11/04. Stick had elixir chips on it and memory was bad right out of the box - yielding multiple errors on Memtest. No adjustments (CAS latency, etc) solve the problem. Approach w/caution if you get Elixir chips on Mushkin sticks. At least the shipping was fast and RMA process easy thanks to NewEgg.

Pros: Very fast - loaded Windows 7 quickly and system response in Windows was very rapid.

Cons: Died after 4 months of light use. Began with random lockups after a few minutes and progressed to complete failure to boot. The rest of the system hardware is now up and running with a traditional hard drive so the issue can be clearly traced to this drive.

Overall Review: May be worth the risk if you're putting together a speed at all costs system, but since issues seem to pop up after the return grace period, I recommend approaching with caution.
