Pros: It had all the connectors I was looking for. The 20+4 pin connector as well as the CPU power connector. Quality was good, definitely not a cheap power supply and the price was right.
Cons: It didn't come in a box and didn't have any screws... I can live without either because it worked.
DOA

Pros: Lightweight, decently priced. I didn't get a chance to actually test it out, because it wouldn't keep a charge (charged for 2 days and still no power).
Cons: Flimsy, arrived DOA, however the RMA has been processed by Newegg; as always their customer service is great. However I hate to have to pay for shipping on a bad item. Ah well, you can't win them all. Hopefully the replacement will work properly.
Overall Review: I have Insignia Bluetooth headphones that I thought had died and that is why I purchased these. They're now working once I ordered the Motorola's isn't that ironic. I'll give the Motorolas to my fiancee.
Does what it is supposed to do

Pros: Works like it should. Decent materials used for the price. I certainly have felt and dealt with cheaper power supplies.
Cons: Installed this at a customer's site. The noise, yes, it wasn't the most quiet power supply that I have used, but the customer was happy that the computer came back to life.
Overall Review: If you are annoyed by ANY constant noise coming from your computer, then this is not the whisper quiet power supply that you're looking for; otherwise it fits the bill and does the job.
