Pros: Arrived in 3 days, Was well packaged in a professional box with styrofoam inserts. The outside looked factory new. Upon inspection, the interior looked as good as the outside. It had a new 1 TB 7200 rpm drive and 8 gb memory installed. This Dell is built like a tank. I would not trade it for a new big box store computer with the same specs. No way! Performs flawlessly with Win 7 Pro. If your not a gamer this computer will do anything you ask it to. Get yourself one while these long lasting office refurbs are still around. Mine was built in Nov 2011.

Cons: The only minor con I have is the fact that it did not come with a windows CD and there is no recovery partition on the hard drive. If windows becomes corrupted, I will have to buy a new Win 7 CD
