Pros: We use these drives on all of our five servers. Easy to setup & very reliable! The drive showed up in new condition, scratches or dents. The metal case is very durable and looks great. The speeds are amazing when using USB 3.0 I have never had to use the customer service!

Pros: Easy to setup if you are used to the ZyEXL firewalls. Throughput is very fast, firmware upgrade was seamless, seems like unlimited rules and port forwards available (currently have over 50 rules/fwds). A great piece of hardware for our small-medium sized business.

Overall Review: Started purchasing these units instead of the TM-88IV. Only thing I see that's different is the 88iv has the security power plug and the 20 has a std PC type plug. Speed and performance are identical.
