Great 1070 Ti, run's cool.

Pros: -Very Silent or Cool depending on your fan preference. -In a room with 70f ambient temperature card never exceeded 57c. When a aggressive fan curve set. -Great overclocker(your silicone may vary), Scored 5th place vs 70k+ samples of other 1070ti's on userbench.
Cons: Only 1 Con really: No ICX Notes based on your possible preferences. -Can be loud with a high fan profile -Pretty long card. -Takes 3 slots.

Pros: Decent cable management. Cheap psu for budget builds. Was on sale for 30~35$
Cons: I personally don't like the green grills, but you preference may vary(My dad likes it, was built for him). Could have 3 fans vs the 1, but for the price, It's comparable to a 50-70$ case.
