Great card

EVGA 01G-P3-1380-KR GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) SSC+ 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
EVGA 01G-P3-1380-KR GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) SSC+ 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Great video card. It runs Battlefield: Bad Company 2 with AA and everything at 1920 x 1080 at a near constant 60 FPS. This card also runs cool. At idle it stays at about 30 C. It is also really quiet.

Cons: none.

Overall Review: I'm thinking about getting a second one and running SLI. Two 460s outperform a gtx 580 and it is still cheaper.

Own 4 and love them all

SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 ST1000DM005/HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 ST1000DM005/HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: Cheap and big.

Cons: Slightly noisy and may feel slightly slow to you depending on what you expect/are use to.

Overall Review: I have now bought 4 of these so far (one in my gaming rig, one in a computer I built for someone and two in a RAID 1 enclosure for backing up at work) and they all work great. Its just a shame that samsung just sold there HDD division to Seagate a few months ago.

The best case for the money

Cooler Master HAF 912 - Mid Tower Computer Case with High Airflow, Supporting up to Six 120mm Fans and USB 3.0
Cooler Master HAF 912 - Mid Tower Computer Case with High Airflow, Supporting up to Six 120mm Fans and USB 3.0

Pros: Everything. I spent months picking out the components for my Sandy Bridge build and this case was my clear choice. Pros: - Giant CPU cutout - Tons of cable management holes - Removable HDD tray for better air flow and/or big graphics cards - Support for tons of fans - Wide enough for almost every CPU cooler

Cons: Cons: - Not a black interior - No side window standard

Overall Review: Cooler Master makes both a Plus and an Advanced model of this case which have a black interior and windowed side, but they cost about $100. Also, the Storm Enforcer is the same as the HAF 912 Plus/Advance, but it has a different front styling. The Enforcer is also about $100. For the features you get, and at this price compared to other cases and other versions of the 912, it's the case I recommend to everyone.

Great MB

MSI P67A-GD65 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Great features and a fairly straight forward BIOS makes over clocking easy.

Cons: None so far.

Good PSU for the price

SilverStone Strider Essential series ST70F-ES 700 W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Pros: It's a good brand at a decent price for the money. Powers my i5-2500 and GTX 460 no problem.

Cons: None so far.

Core i5-2500

Intel Core i5-2500 - Core i5 2nd Gen Sandy Bridge Quad-Core 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Intel HD Graphics 2000 Desktop Processor - BX80623I52500
Intel Core i5-2500 - Core i5 2nd Gen Sandy Bridge Quad-Core 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Intel HD Graphics 2000 Desktop Processor - BX80623I52500

Pros: Just built my first computer around this CPU and I am not disappointed. Even with the stock cooler it runs super cool. It idles around 32 C in my fairly warm room.

Cons: Because it's not a K version, the overclock is limited. But I knew that going in so I'm not complaining.

Overall Review: A lot of people think that a non-K version can't be overclocked at all. This is not true! Though I have yet to test it myself, you can overclock this CPU up to 3.99 GHz.
