Good Value - 3 yr battery

Pros: affordable. Nice LCD. Will power on even if power is out.
Cons: When the battery is dead the entire UPS is useless. This is "by Design" according to Cyber Power but extremely annoying when you need your equipment to keep running. I would expect that UPS to continue operating as a surge protector even is the battery is dead.
Overall Review: Battery lasted 3 years, which seems to be normal. I will say that this particular unit experience 238 power events in normal use before giving up the ghost. So all in all I am happy. It looks like replacement batteries are easily available. Although I find replacement batteries seem to generally last only 2 years.
FAILS on implementation

Pros: I learned what NOT to buy.
Cons: I bought 3 of these for new PC builds where I was using a 2.5" HDD in microATX and ATX cases that did not have their own mounts for 2.5" HDDs. The drives fit in the bracket well enough but the screwless buttons they provide are flimsy and do not work. I had three different cases and had great difficulty in 2 of them as the bracket does not conform to the size of a 3.5" HDD and would not fit in the appropriate bays. I found myself forcing srews into the unthreaded holes in an effort to salvage the money I spent on these gimic brackets.
Overall Review: In the right case these might, and I do stress MIGHT, work for you. But chances are you are better off without them.
Been running 2 years strong.

Pros: Great storage expansion. Excellent for when you need to free up space on the internal drive. I like to minimize the time my system wastes constantly downloading updates for games I'm not currently playing by moving them to this external drive and then disconnect it.
Cons: A little more pricey just because it has the "XBox" badge stamped on it.
Overall Review: I would buy again.
doesn't last

Pros: inexpensive
Cons: I bought one for a system that has very light use and at just past the 2 year warranty this unit is providing inconsistent power causing false symptoms of failure across the system. At one point it appeared as if I had a bad NIC, a bad HDD, even a bad motherboard. It wasn't until the "bad" components started piling up that I started to question. Luckily my NVidia card popped up a warning and told me that the power was insufficient and that it was degrading its performance as a result. Otherwise no telling if I would have figured it out. Once I replaced this power supply, I was able to put all my original components back into the system and it is running fine again.
Overall Review: inexpensive but don't expect it to last.
ok if all you expect is to add a SATA port but NOT sata 3 speed.

Pros: none to speak of
Cons: Does NOT perform at SATA 3 speeds.
Overall Review: Newegg should not sell hardware that does not live up to its advertised specs. I bought this to get faster SSD performance than I had with my gigabyte on-board SATA2 controller. On board seq=250MB/sec read this cheap add-on SATA3 controller was consistently SLOWER (188MB/Sec). I wound up pulling the card out of my system because the on-board SATA2 was better. TEST your performance with a tool like CrystalDiskMark, don't just assume that because the vendor says it is 6Gbps that you are actually going to get it. Very disappointed. Spend the extra $$ on a MB with SATA3 or a higher-end card.
Nice roomy case for HTPC

Pros: The drive flap has been updated to have a blu-ray logo instead of DVD. (Yea!!!) The fans are quiet. There is room for full-height cards. A must for my Hauppauge HVR-1600. Plenty of screws and ties for cable mgmt. Tons of ventalation on the lid. This case looks beautiful.
Cons: One of the fans in the back were DOA. Given all the negative reviews on the optional LCD, I wish they would have simply removed the window. The bottom panel that opens to reveal the media card readers sticks on both of mine.
Overall Review: Despite the fact that this is listed as a "Micro ATX" case, it requires a full-size ATX power supply. I bought a diablotek PHD380M and it is way too small to fit this case.
