Pros: Good price. Good material. NO LOGOS
Cons: For what this product is, there are no cons.
Overall Review: I wanted a mousepad without logos or pictures or text. I didn't want to sport RAZOR slobbered all over my desk. This is a nice, slick, and good mouse pad. It's cheap and it's basic. EXACTLY what a mouse pad should be. If you're spending $50 on a mousepad you should be shot. No, it DOES NOT help your "gaemin."
be cautious of what you receive
Pros: See my previous review.
Cons: After 3 weeks I got a bad sector on the C34 firmware drive. Immediately RMA'd to Seagate. Seagate is sending me a drive that arrives tomorrow.
Overall Review: I bought two drives. One came with C35 firmware. One with C34. The C35 drive is still running fine (for how long...). If you get an older firmware, beware!
Works great but it is expensive
Pros: - Admin interface is very fast compared to my older GS110TPv3 device. - Lots of features that I use and work well. - VLANs can span LAGs and across multiple switches. - Works with 1GB SFP modules.
Cons: - Fans. My switch lives in a closet so I never hear it, but if you have this in an office or bedroom you will *always* hear the fans. They run at 25% at a minimum and they are audible. - It's the year 2022 and NBASE-T (2.5gbit/5gbit) has barely taken off... Sad. - Price. This switch came out in January 2021 at around $459. It was impossible to buy. Out of stock everywhere. Then it started showing up again at the start of 2022. About a month ago the price jumped up to $599!! Luckily I bought this right when Newegg got one in and their pricing had not changed, but by the time I wrote this review even Newegg "fixed" their pricing. The real price should be more like $300-$350. There is a seriously bad upcharge for ANYTHING above 1GBit speeds. 10GBit is not new tech. It's been around for decades at this point and it is priced the same.
Overall Review: If you need NBASE-T speeds and 8 ethernet + 2 SFPs this is the perfect solution. Other products don't really offer the same thing.
Great speed for a great price point and great Linux support
Pros: - Linux support. Kernel 5.x+ / Mesa 20.x fully support this CPU and APU - HDMI 2.0 support works with B450+ boards - HDMI audio works in Linux for 5.1 surround sound (not many people are confirming this) - Supports 3600Mhz DDR4 RAM, my Crucial sticks are running at stock XMP speeds without errors - Wraith cooler is easy to install
Cons: None
Overall Review: Great for a HTPC that can play 4K media and play simple 3D games.
Compatible with B450 and Ryzen 3400G
Pros: - Runs flawlessly at XMP profile, 3600Mhz / CL16 - Great price point - Compatible with B450 chipset and Ryzen 3400G
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Highly recommended as other RAM is priced higher at worse specs.
Shipped with very latest UEFI, great Linux support
Pros: - Ordered Oct 2020, arrived with July 2020 UEFI. - Just received Ryzen 5000 UEFI update - Excellent price point - Overclocks APU well, 3400G GFX clock at 1500Mhz with no effort - Overclocks RAM well, Crucial 3600 CL16 RAM is running flawlessly at XMP settings
Cons: - No 2.5GbE, but the B550 boards now include that - UEFI interface is not laid out well
Overall Review: Great board for a HTPC and APU CPU. The board does not state what frequencies it would overclock to, but rest assured it should support any frequency you want. I also kept reading that Ryzen Zen+ (3400G) APUs would not accept 3600Mhz DDR4, but mine is running with no extra tweaking required and stable at the default XMP profile (3600Mhz CL16).
slow shipper
Took a week to even get a tracking number. Took another week and a half to get my order. Two and a half weeks total shipping time.
