Great bang for buck

SteelSeries Siberia V2 3.5mm Connector Circumaural Full-size Headset - Red
SteelSeries Siberia V2 3.5mm Connector Circumaural Full-size Headset - Red

Pros: -Noise Canceling -High Quality Sound -Name Brand -Only 80$ -Amazing Build Quality -Retractable and Great Quality Mic -Comes with Extension Cable -VERY Comfy, even for glasses wearers and long use

Cons: None

Overall Review: I have owned many headsets, mostly in the 10$-40$ range. They all have been name brand and have had good reviews, and have all broken in 6 months or less. I am an avid gamer. I have had this headset for over a year and it is still kicking strong. Go for the 80$ headset always. It's great.

Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?

Brother MFC-J460DW Color All-in-One Inkjet Printer
Brother MFC-J460DW Color All-in-One Inkjet Printer

Pros: -Cheap -All in one -WiFi Enabled (AND has an ethernet port if you're into that) -Lots of cheap ink brands for sale on any website you like -Driver installation on Windows 10 was one click and took about 5 seconds -Works on many platforms, smartphone included -shockingly good display

Cons: -Made to break -Made to not read ink -Slowest inkjet I've ever worked with -Loud

Overall Review: Printer ink is one of the most expensive liquids in the world by volume. I purchased this printer on sale for about $80, because I have a mid-end Brother laser printer which I purchased in the early 2000's (when laser printers were still quite expensive and unheard of) and the thing is STILL running strong. This inkjet, has had one of everything when you hear about troubled inkjet printers. There is software on the thing which obvious makes the printer not recognize ink after about 2 weeks. I don't care if they deny it or not, I have done empirical experiments, and it's clear - the thing wants me to go out and buy ink. And I know what Brother would say - buy the name brand ink which is marked up by about 300% and it won't happen. Well, it's just not right. I would consider keeping the thing as a scanner only. Scanner has worked without a problem this whole time. But it's the printer part (you know, the part this product is NAMED after.. It's a Brother PRINTER after all...) which really grinds my gears. The fact that I am unable to print a black and white document while the color cartridges are uninstalled (or really, installed but the printer is trying to get me to buy more ink) is just ridiculous. Don't let printer manufacturers tell you that they use blue ink in the when the printer prints back, to make the black "higher quality". How could mixing a color into pure black ink cause anything other than discoloration from true black? It's pure common sense. So what, should you save a buck and get this printer? Probably. Unless you're willing to spend $$$ on a high end printer that doesn't actually have made-to-break features built in, this may actually be the best price to performance printer on the market. I mean, it's slow as anything, so you may just want to keep using your local library's printer, or a staples print shop, but if you NEED printer and can't use a library or a print shop, can't pay for one that is not going to be made-to-break, don't mind fiddling quite frequently to make it take the ink, don't mind an extra loud printer, AND can have the printer me monstrously slow, then this is the one for you.

Don't Buy For Kaby Lake!

MSI H110M PRO-VD PLUS LGA 1151 Intel H110 USB 3.1 Micro ATX Motherboard - Intel
MSI H110M PRO-VD PLUS LGA 1151 Intel H110 USB 3.1 Micro ATX Motherboard - Intel

Pros: Board would work fine for Skylake. All included features (except for Kaby Lake functionality) will work fine

Cons: Newegg is selling motherboards with older an BIOS, which does not support Kaby Lake CPUs. You will need to put a Skylake CPU in to flash the BIOS for Kaby Lake functionality. If you have a Skylake lying around, then this should be no issue for you.

Overall Review: For anyone who is having an issue and isn't sure what is going on: My board's DRAM light was lighting up, and the board would give no video, but would power up. It was the Kaby Lake incompatibility, and not bad RAM. I purchased a compatible board, and my configuration worked fine. Have not tested the H110M with a Skylake to make sure that it wasn't just a DOA board.

Good laptop ram

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 260-Pin DDR4 SO-DIMM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Laptop Memory Model F4-2400C16S-4GRS
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 260-Pin DDR4 SO-DIMM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Laptop Memory Model F4-2400C16S-4GRS

Pros: -worked out of the box -quality brand -cheap price -specs are correct -2 months and no problems yet

Cons: -no heat spreader

Overall Review: Looking for good ram with no hear spreader? This is it. I reserve 5 starts for products that blow me away/go above and beyond. It's just a good standard stick of ram.

Surprisingly Good

Acer Aspire 15.6" Intel Core i5-7200U 4GB Memory Windows 10 Home 64-Bit E5-575-5493
Acer Aspire 15.6" Intel Core i5-7200U 4GB Memory Windows 10 Home 64-Bit E5-575-5493

Pros: -gen 7 i5 -decent battery life -lightweight -good screen and trackpad -backlit keyboard -has DVD drive -USB 3.1, 3.0, and 2.0 -great price for specs

Cons: -only 4gb ram -slow hard drive -backlit keyboard only has 2 modes: off, and reactive (will turn on when you type but after 30 seconds of no typing the backlit part will turn off until you type again). No plain and simple "on"

Overall Review: Add 4+ gigs of ram and toss the hdd for an ssd and thing laptop flys and plays games not horribly. League gets 60-90 fps on medium, csgo gets ~120 on meduim. WoW is playable on meduim low. Games like minecraft and factorio work well. Great cheap laptop with slight addons it really runs excellent.

Not Great

Corsair 32GB Voyager Slider X1 USB 3.0 Flash Drive, Speed Up to 130MB/s (CMFSL3X1-32GB)
Corsair 32GB Voyager Slider X1 USB 3.0 Flash Drive, Speed Up to 130MB/s (CMFSL3X1-32GB)

Pros: -Cheap -Larger Capacity -USB 3.0 -Decent read/write speeds

Cons: -Died after a single day

Overall Review: Seems like I'm an outlyer. Probably worth it to buy one, but I had a very bad experience. 6 different computers running different versions of windows will no longer recognize the drive, and it usually doesn't even power on, but does sometimes.
