Pros: Have everything you need for HTPC in mATX form. I was mainly interested in digital audio output & HDMI, dual channel memory, & future support for upgrades.

Cons: No firewire.

Overall Review: It took me six hours to get it to work. Installing Vista crashed after the initial screen. Tried different methods mostly BIOS settings/changing video card and still didn't work. Even tried to install XP Pro and still crashed. I saw a lot of people warning about the memory low voltage issue but since I already had the correct memory modules it can't be that problem. Finally I decided to do one last thing which I should have done in the beginning which was to update the BIOS to most recent version (14). After that Vista installation was a breeze. Now it's working and rocking.

Pros: Work right off the box....WINXP regconized it right way...no need to install driver. Excellent!!!

Cons: A little difficulty opening the box...but thanks to previous reviews you can open it with ease...just use your finger to lift up the silver clamp of each corner and pull it out.
