Pros: 1. Works as advertised 2. After set-up, turn it on and all my Wi-Fi devices connect automatically 3. My company pays for an unlimited data plan on my Blackberry 9650 4. This pass week-end while away from Home connected my Laptop, my wife's iPad 2, and my Grandson's Kindle Fire

Cons: Slow - Although this is not due to the Cradlepoint PHS300, but rather the slow speed of the Blackberry 9650 modem

Overall Review: If you are connecting to a Blackberry make sure you enter your phone's password at the appropriate time

Pros: Fast Windows 7 Professional SP1 x64 installed without any issues
