Pros: It ONLY took 10 minutes, which included putting all game saves and pics on a thumb drive, then swapping hard drives, formatting the new HDD and then reinstalling the game saves. Only took 10 minutes total. Don't be afraid to do this, anyone that can use a screw driver can do this.

Overall Review: If you don't have a thumb drive, you can get one on here for xx bucks. It makes the transfer of game data very quick and easy, plus you can use it for putting pics on the 20gigs.
