Overall Review: Let's just get this clear and out in the open. I rarely have to return anything, but when I do and everything goes seamlessly without endless back and forth between me and the seller that's extremely important value. I messed up and ordered 2 out of 4 drives wrong and they took them back no problem! This is my 2nd time ordering from them and their drives just work, period! When you have a company like this that just lives up to their word why would you go anywhere else? I'm looking forward to ordering from Water Panther in the future. Solid refurbished drives and brand new drives at below market pricing mixed with reliability and honesty is a sorely missed commodity today. Hope they branch out into other sectors of the industry as well so I can continue to support them and their growth for many more well deserved years to come. But I'll still be back for more drives in the future regardless of their aspirations as a tech company.
