Very reliable

Pros: I have been running 4x8TB in a NAS for almost a year now. I haven't had a single problem. Would recommend
Cons: None
Good MB. Not worth it

Pros: I really liked the feature set esp the M.2 connector. I was also very interested in the 5 year warranty and the higher quality that was implied with that. I'm not looking to overclock much, if at all. I'm looking for as quiet and as cool a system as I could build and still game at 1440p on. This MB with its ample fan controllers and included fan-tuning software (along with a water cooler and a giant Corsair 540 case) really fit the bill.
Cons: M.2... what a hassle! It took me fours days of wasted time: 1) M.2 cover screw was installed so tightly that I had to take my case into work to get help - I had stripped the screw. 2) M.2 Stand off was fused with its screw. (This seemed like a bad joke) - I put the standoff in the freezer then in boiling water, and got it separated from its screw. 3) The MB won't boot from it! Even when enabling the Boot option for PCIE devices (UEFI First instead of Legacy Only), Windows installer claims the drive is not bootable. (It can see it) I broke down and bought a PCI adapter card for my M.2 drive, and it works splendidly! I use a competitor's MB at work and it had no trouble booting the Samsung M.2 drive, so I know it's not the drive's fault. Note: I've exchanged a couple emails with ASUS support, but he wasn't very effective - just suggested trying the BIOS setting I had already tried.
Overall Review: I should RMA this board. I just don't want the hassle of taking my build apart and dealing with a replacement.
Noisy

Pros: Good performance. Good price.
Cons: The fan on the card is non-adjusting and constantly runs in high gear. It is incredibly noisy and annoying. I do not recommend this card.
