Pros: Held an additional 5 lbs beyond weight limit as my dell gaming 32 monitor exceeds it. I was skeptical how this mount would perform as both my monitors push the boundaries of weight and size but its honestly solid as a rock. no issues at all. Extremely user friendly to set up did it in about 20 - 30 minutes to get my monitors exactly how I wanted them.

Cons: doesnt support an over and under monitor set up so if you want your secondary monitor on top of your primary keep looking. There are small set screws on the arms to lock your monitors position in place on one monitor set up they were in the correct location on the back of the arms but on the other they are facing the front just a poorly thought out design very minor doesnt mess with functionality at all just my ocd LOL
