Decent mouse, but it wasn't what I was looking for

Pros: - Conforms to my hand (I have averaged-sized male hands) and therefore comfortable - Nice and heavy without making it hard to push around - Middle wheel can be pressed right or left to scroll pages horizontally
Cons: My biggest problem with this mouse is the location of the laser in relation to it's use for gaming, which is why I got the mouse (yes, I am foolish for not just buying a gaming mouse). It's on the left edge of the mouse. This might be a common feature for newer laser mouses, however, I have been using ones that have the laser in the center for my entire life. So, it's been tough to get used to. This alignment means that any rotation of the mouse about its center point will move the cursor up or down. So, by pulling the mouse left and downwards in a sweeping motion (common motion in gaming), the cursor will just go left rather than following the mouse's path. And because of this asymmetric alignment of the laser, the same does path will not occur when using the same sweeping motion to the right and downwards. Other than that, I am having a tough time getting used to the tracking. The cursor seems to be a bit wavy and jerky with certain motions. However, I cannot immediately put blame the mouse, as it could easily by my hand, being used to my old mouse, or my mousepad (which is a piece of junk). So for gaming and any digitization I might have to do for work, I'll probably take out my old mouse.
Overall Review: Will be very nice for internet use, but that's about it
