Overall Review: I ordered this on cyber Monday - Yeyian Gaming Desktop PC YPI-ED44F0B-5601N Intel Core i5-14400F 16GB DDR5 1TB NVMe SSD GeForce RT... When I received it, neither the WiFi or Bluetooth worked at all. I figured this would be an easy fix. Contact Yeyian customer service and I expected they would send me a new Wifi card to replace the defective one. However, Yeyian customer service is the worst. I have gotten zero response from several emails, calls, messages, and chats. Zero! I only received an automated response that said somebody would get back with me in 24hours. That never happened. My advice is do not buy Yeyian! They will not support you in any way! Newegg customer service was responsive, but only offered to return the PC for a refund. At that point the PC was out of stock and it would have cost more to buy another similar gaming PC.
