Pros: NewEgg is ALWAYS fantastic. They ship fast. I should have RMAed the card with them.

Cons: The fan is loud. If you put in a support ticket they will tell you what fans work with their card that aren't loud. Kind of a cop out I think. But the worst part is their service. I had to send the card for an issue. Once they got it they waited three days to diagnose the card. Once they diagnosed it as bad it has been four days and they have not sent a replacement.

Overall Review: I submitted a review here previously. It seems to be gone and I'm not sure why. I got a manufacturer response to my review where they said to let them know the ticketnumber and they would investigate. I did and it's been over a day and two emails sent with no response.

Pros: The card performs well except for the defects in the card as shipped. I am getting excellent framerates in the games I play (Bioshock, Conan, Mass Effect).

Cons: The fan is loud. Also the card I received apparently had a memory defect. I sent it in to XFX for repair ($30 shipping) and it has been about a week. I am still waiting for the card to come back. I just called them today and they said maybe they would send it out this week.

Overall Review: I should have RMAd this with NewEgg and been done with it. I'm going into five days off and I won't have a video card for that time. Thanks XFX.
