Overall Review: Pros: Comfortable Highy quality material and good construction Great cushion Nice adjustment options all around Easy to assemble in general Cons: Could have been nice to have a little more vertical adjustment Customer support was fast in answering my question re: the dangling lumbar support but their reply was to the effect of "Are you sure you installed it correctly?". The lumbar support actually comes pre-installed on the back of the chair, mine came out easily on the right-hand side so I rached out asking for directions to install it but I got this comment. My second inquiry was not answered at all. Eventually, I did figure out how to get the lumbar support to firmly stick to where it belongs but customer support was disappointing. Overall I like the chair and I think this is a decent company but they can use some improvement in installation (troubleshooting) directions and customer support.
