Pros: I recently moved into a new construction house, Dec 2010. Upon moving in, my treadmill began to trip the 15 amp circuit breaker. It previously had no issues and 15 amp was the requirement. I had even tried it in a 20 amp dedicated outlet. Come to find out, new North Carolina regualtions require the quick trip circuit breakers in new construction. This surge suppressor fixed the problem. I can use the treadmill (it is an upper model Sole treadmill so the amps spike on start up) in every mode, incline and speed and it has yet to trip the breaker again. There were several types that claimed to solve the problem, most were more expensive. This is the only one I tried but with 4 outlets and no more problem I highly recommend it.
