in regards to my last post.

MSI 990FXA-GD80 V2 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
MSI 990FXA-GD80 V2 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: its the best am3+ over clocker out there. its pure quality. you get exactly everything they claim this board is.

Cons: none

Overall Review: my last review was made on complete aggravation. more so that the live update tool wiped out the bios on a 110% perfect board and that i got a refurbished replacement instead of a new product. i should have taken the time to understand the board rather than automatically assume. unlike any other board from asus, gigagyte, asrock ect. this board has a limited overclocking from the bios. which now makes complete send to me. cause for one if you cant get the machine to run with whats in the actual bios then you have no business overclocking this monster. but as for the limited cpu voltage i now understand msi did this to protect their product from careless beginners who try to push a product and then after it burns out they blame the company. well the click 2 bios is where its all at. the actual bios will over clock any cpu well high enough. but the click 2 bios goes way beyond what people expect. bottom line is the board is completely top shelf quality. i see some of the post from people and you can just tell their uneducated in the field. 90% i say are user error. i been buying msi boards now for the past 15 yrs and in total owned about 20 different models and chipsets. i got 1 doa, none defective. i cant say that for asus, in the past 20 years i have gotten about 5 doa, 2 defectives, and the ones that did work with in a yr ive had dimm slots burn up, ps2 ports short out. and just simple horrible performance, gigabyte on the other hand was a stable board for me. but a horrible over clocker. asrock look nice but have many many problems. from design to actual operation, if your looking for a fast board with all the bells and whistles this is the board. starting with a amd 1045t this board took it from 2.7 to 3.9ghz flawlessly. fx 8120 easily hits 4.8ghz and as high as 5.2ghz on water with excellent temps well below stock temps. and a fx8350 easily hits 5.5ghz and if pushed can hit almost 6ghz with normal temps on water. it dont get no better than this board. and another plus is its 220watt ready. i mean ive seen every other am3+ board in person working and not one of them compares to this msi board. its just flat out the best am3+ board available.

not all that,.

LOGISYS Computer CS888UVBL Blue Clear Acrylic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case Pre-Assembled
LOGISYS Computer CS888UVBL Blue Clear Acrylic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case Pre-Assembled

Pros: case looks nice when its new. when i got the case i was very happy with it, it had some stress cracks in it. and a big crack where the psu mounts. addin a blacklight really adhanced the looks of the case in darkness.

Cons: it seems like the acrylic plastic held heat, case was warped after i built the machine and many stress cracks. the case was like a dust magnet got very ugly after 3 months if i didnt completely break down the machine to clean it. this case without a psu should sell for no more than 40$ after the heat gets to this kind of plastic it seems to become very brit. i had to take the side cover off and let 10k btu ac unit blow in it to keep the machine cool. also it turns yellowish after just a few months unless your willing ot break the machine down every few weeks to clean it with windex.

impressive at first

EVGA X20 Gaming Mouse, Wireless, Black, Customizable, 16,000 DPI, 5 Profiles, 10 Buttons, Ergonomic 903-T1-20BK-KR
EVGA X20 Gaming Mouse, Wireless, Black, Customizable, 16,000 DPI, 5 Profiles, 10 Buttons, Ergonomic 903-T1-20BK-KR

Pros: it's made by evga first of all. so you know its quality. there's no battery's to replace. 10 button macros. great mouse for this level of product at 22.00 other mice with this quality and features are 60.00 and up. at minimum. UPDATE A FEW MONTHS LATER. the wheel on the mouse gave way. when I scroll either way if i scroll up it will scroll up then it will start to scroll down and jump up n down. its very frustrating when trying to scroll on a website of anything for that matter.

Cons: didn't come with software. you have to fetch software and we all know one day it will be gone from they're website one day. the booklet is not so informing. "UPDATE" doesn't last very long. i ONLY HAD IT A FEW MONTHS AND i ALREADY HAVE TO BUY A NEW MOUSE.

Overall Review: 100% I recommend this item mainly for the price. being evga just puts the icing on the top. "UPDATE" A FEW MONTHS LATER. I recommend this mouse to someone who just needs one for now. but it seems on mine it lasted for a few months and I already need to replace it. just spend the extra money and buy a mouse that will last longer than 3 months.

the weight

MSI MPG X870E CARBON AM5 ATX Gaming Motherboard, 4x SATA 6Gb/s, AMD Wi-Fi 7,USB 4.0
MSI MPG X870E CARBON AM5 ATX Gaming Motherboard, 4x SATA 6Gb/s, AMD Wi-Fi 7,USB 4.0

Pros: the weight of this board took me by storm. I couldn't believe how heavy it is. I bought this board on release with a 9950x and 32gb corsair vengence 6400 ram. I haven't put it together because I decided to purchase the lian li ga II Lcd because I dont think my thermaltake floe 360 will cool it enough. Then I decided to buy rgm streamer cables for 2 8pin cpu 3 8 pin gpu and 24 pin power, Im currently waiting on them to come so I can finally put it together. I gave this 4 stars because I been purchasing msi boards now for 20 yrs and I know exactly what I'm getting. Ill come back with an update and final pictures to show how it all turned out to sum the review up.

Cons: none that I can think of.

Overall Review: I would Always recommend msi over the rest because msi is always the performance guru's of the bunch. you get performance out of msi every time. 18+2+1 vrm the fact that this board is not like a x570s board like im upgrading from. alot of resources on that board are shared but, it still performs above expectation. so i know this is going to blow that away. ill keep everyone updated with pics when i do finally build this in about a week from now.

Dual Port USB 3.0 to Motherboard Mainboard 20pin Header Adapter Cable

50cm Dual Port USB 3.0 to Motherboard Mainboard 20pin Header Adapter Cable w/ Rear PCI Bracket Panel,20-pins to 2 X USB A Female
50cm Dual Port USB 3.0 to Motherboard Mainboard 20pin Header Adapter Cable w/ Rear PCI Bracket Panel,20-pins to 2 X USB A Female

Pros: it added 2 more usb 3.1 Gen1 ports to my x370 msi titainium board. the main board has 2 usb 3.1 headers. but they only give you 1 dual port that goes in back of the case. so i thought this would be a great addition.

Cons: take a slot where a pcie or any other card would go. i actually did not like that fact so i fabricated it into the case in a different location.

Overall Review: I recommend this head for those who have more than 1 header when the boards manufacturer only supply's 1 header add on bracket. If i had more headers I would buy one for each header.

horrid

9Pin USB Header Male 1 to 4 Female Extension Splitter Cable 9p Port Multiplier
9Pin USB Header Male 1 to 4 Female Extension Splitter Cable 9p Port Multiplier

Pros: turns 1 header into 4..............................................supposedly.

Cons: I waited 3 weeks after i ordered this extension splitter for it to come in the mail. i ordered it on november 28th and finally received it today. only to find out that one side works and the other don't. if i wanted 2 i would have bought the 1 into 2 splitter. i get an error in windows device manager telling me windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems.

Overall Review: I recommend this device for those who need more usb headers. most mainboard only have 2 sometimes 3 at most. but with all the toys available to us today the 2 or 3 standard on the mainboards is just not enough. but i only recommend this device if you get it none defective.
