Pros: Really good drive. Came with cables and CD that includes Nero 7. It is much shorter than the IDE drive it replaced. It is very quite and fast. Takes 5 min to burn a single layer DVD and 5 min to verify.

Overall Review: Always wanted to get a burner my Dell 9200 so I was shopping around for a while. Most of the popular drives that I was considering were reviewed as loud and none included cables, which I needed. And the software is definitely a bonus. Also shipping was a blast. I got it next day.
