Awesome Cooler!

Scythe Fuma 2 Rev. B CPU Air Cooler, Intel LGA1700, LGA1151, AMD AM5/AM4/Ryzen 120mm, Dual Towers, Black Top Cover
Scythe Fuma 2 Rev. B CPU Air Cooler, Intel LGA1700, LGA1151, AMD AM5/AM4/Ryzen 120mm, Dual Towers, Black Top Cover

Pros: - Indeed very cool - Looks snazzy - Very quiet for how cool it is - Packaging included thermal paste, a long magnetic-tipped screw driver (I really love this screwdriver), all necessary screws, bushings, brackets, clips, backplate, etc.

Cons: - not very easy to install if you've never installed a tower cooler before... (first time for me) - its a little heavy

Overall Review: This thing rocks! Changing over from the stock amd down-draft cooler makes a huge difference honestly. I'm using the Ryzen 5 5600 @ 4.6ghz (could not achieve this speed with the stock cooler due to insufficient cooling) At idle I'm at 37-40c, and 60-63c during Cinebench test. (weather is about L.23c-H.33c today) It is definitely more quiet, and better at cooling than the stock air cooler (as you'd expect), but I really am impressed with the performance and volume considering its an air cooler. I definitely recommend this! In my opinion; this is a great upgrade for those who don't want to get into liquid cooling, but still need an increase in performance. I chose this because it was recommended by PCBuilder and GamersNexus, and they have yet to do me wrong. My personal experience with it has been great.

Looks nice, Feels great! Has issues...

ASUS ROG Falchion Wireless 65% Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (68 Keys, Aura Sync RGB, Extended Battery Life, Interactive Touch Panel, PBT Keycaps, Cherry MX Switches, Keyboard Cover Case)
ASUS ROG Falchion Wireless 65% Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (68 Keys, Aura Sync RGB, Extended Battery Life, Interactive Touch Panel, PBT Keycaps, Cherry MX Switches, Keyboard Cover Case)

Pros: - looks awesome - really nice build quality - very small, 12 inches from left to right, about 4 inches front to back - still has all the necessary keys (the numpad isn't worth it. Make the switch!) - really nice customizable rgb's with Aura - has a cool touch/swipe pad, that indicates battery life and has programmable functions - can be used while wired - the switches feel really nice

Cons: - setting this up was a real pain This is my first wireless keyboard. I guess I should have assumed there would be drivers and firmware updates to install... one of these firmware updates STILL says it needs to be updated. I've attempted the update several times, and it always looks like it was updated, but then it just reverts back saying "Update" and it even changes the update info below back to the old version. - some of the functions and features on this device have been quite buggy for me. Sometimes I will give an input, and the device will receive the input as if I gave the input 10-20 times. Sometimes the device will also receive input on its own, without me touching it at all. This issue has resulted in the device taking my media out of full screen (not games, just videos), opened ctrl+alt+del screen (again, I was not touching it), and turned caps lock off. I'm really at a loss with these issues, because I cannot figure out what is causing them. Sometimes the device works great, other times not so much. As far as I can tell, battery life has no apparent affect on these issues, but if I have it plugged in, it has no issues at all! When gaming I get a lot of latency issues as well. Sometimes it feels like it takes a whole second to receive my input! I also use the ROG Pugio II, and it has a lot of similar issues when ran wirelessly.

Overall Review: Even though this thing really gets my goat with all the buggy issues; I really, really like this keyboard. I saw the keyboard in a Jayz2Cents vid and really wanted one. Like I said, it looks and feels great, BUT I bet you could find another mini keyboard with similar features and less issues all for a better price. P.S. - all these issues were happening while typing this review, and made it take much longer than it should have. I hope Asus can fix this with some sort of update... also I hope it lets me install said update if that happens...

Much better than the pre-applied paste on the stock cooler

Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut - 5.55 Gram/1.5 ml - Extremly High Performance Thermal Paste - for Demanding Applications and Overclocking CPU/GPU/PS4/PS5/Xbox
Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut - 5.55 Gram/1.5 ml - Extremly High Performance Thermal Paste - for Demanding Applications and Overclocking CPU/GPU/PS4/PS5/Xbox

Pros: - easy to apply - the included quantity is enough for more than one application - tube is "resealable" so it can be used again without having to worry about drying out - the plunger is very user friendly. moves forward and back easily

Cons: none

Overall Review: I highly recommend this thermal paste! At idle I would see 50-54 c on tdie. After applying this paste it dropped by about 2c (seeing 48-52 c at idle now). At the end of a TimeSpy benchmark, my cpu would get to 76c. After applying the new paste, and running r23 on multi core for 10 minutes (peaked at 83 c during this benchmark), i finished my TimeSpy run at 73 c! These aren't huge gains, and I think i will still get a new cooler for my processor, but I certainly noticed improvement to my cpu temps after applying this paste. 10/10 from me CPU: Ryzen 5 5600 w/ stock cooler

Great first time builder case

Fractal Design Meshify C Black ATX High-Airflow Compact Light Tint Tempered Glass Mid Tower Computer Case
Fractal Design Meshify C Black ATX High-Airflow Compact Light Tint Tempered Glass Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Came with some zip ties Included duplicate hardware for everything Included 2 case fans* Looks awesome Not too big* Cable manage capable Pcie slot covers screw in/out as needed I/O installed nicely ATX mobo (tuf gaming b550) fit snugly, and was not hard to set into place There is a lot of room inside for you to plug things in and see what you're hands are doing All the cables for the front i/o came pre connected and cable managed Manufacturing quality is very good. The case feels very sturdy, no flexing or anything like that. I was certainly not gentile with it, but it endured til the end

Cons: * stock case fans are... not great. They have the 3 pin connector. My mobo bios acknowledged them as "DC" and not "PWM" and I noticed they are very slow, and not good for pairing with aftermarket pwm rgb case fans. I ended up removing them altogether and just used my rgb fans instead * not too small As much as I love the size of the case, I feel like it could be a little smaller without sacrificing build space or airflow

Overall Review: I love this case. I had no issues with my first build. I even posted on the first flip of the power switch. It looks great. Everything installed nicely. It's super easy to get back in to if you need to adjust anything inside or access cables or headers on the mobo. This definitely exceeded expectations for me. 10/10 highly recommend
