Pros: Works well, and even though it doesn't come with half height bracket, its easy to unscrew the parts and get it to fit if you arn't too big on appearance on the back of your computer.

Cons: Didn't come with the smaller bracket, but still fits in a case if you just remove the larger bracket. It is kind of loud, the fan made my HTPC about double as loud.

Overall Review: Upgrade for my HTPC where integrated video card started to fail. Works really well now, can play some games on it now.
