Pros: Ordering was very easy. Product shipped in one day after ordering. Boxed very carefully, no shipping damage. Computer looks brand new, not a scratch on it. Don't hesitate to use these people.

Cons: Did not state before ordering computer was not up gradable to Windows 11.
