Cons: On-Line Tech Support nor Phone Support were not aware that the boxed version was mis-labeled with "activation code" instead of "serial number."

Overall Review: The boxed version was mislabled with the term "activation code" . The correct label should have been "Serial Number" On-Line Tech Support was unaware of this mis-labeling and this caused much confusion in getting this resolved, but eventually the software installed.

Pros: No Pros because upon installation a serial number was requested. I tried to enter the activation code, but was given an error. The same activation code worked online for product registration.

The same activation code worked online for product registration, but did not allow installation from CD. There were no instruction online to locate serial number if different from activation code.
