Pros: Cools very well and pretty quiet. It's been over a year and it still keeps my i7-950 3.06GHz OC'd to 3.80 at 30°C idle.

Pros: I really like conservative feel. I came from an Antec 900 and and this case looks great. Decent ventilation if you remove the insulation covering the fan vents, but that'll beat the purpose of the "silent PC."

Cons: Not sure if it's just my case, but I feel like QC could do a little better. Both side panels were slightly warped, so it left a gap between the panel and case. I bent it back with no problem. Also the 90° angle of the panels where the thumb screws go into the case were also bent. I had to bend it back with pliers. The sound dampening is not very effective, even without removing any vent insulation. For me, since transferring everything from an Antec 900, the noise reduction is minimal.

Overall Review: Main reason I bought this case was for the sound dampening, which I'm disappointed in, but the looks of this case balances it out.

Cons: DOA. This is the 2nd DOA over 20+ WD HDDs I've purchased in the last 7 years. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and replace this with the same one, but reading reviews from other WD customers, seems like WD doesn't make their HDDs like they used to. Also not happy that Newegg does not cover RMA return shipping. Doesn't make sense I have to pay to get a defective item replaced. Less hassle at Ama zon.
