Pros: Easy build. Power supply on the bottom is the way to go. I used corsair H50 cooler with push pull fans. I just had to get some longer screws for the second fan and it went together really easy. Light weight a big plus. External USB, sound and eSata well positioned for my usage.

Cons: The fans it comes with are quiet but I mighjt replace them with something that pushes more air. But this is only if I really want to start pushing the OC envelope.

Overall Review: asus p6x58d, Intel 920 OC'd to 3.8. Win7 64 bit OS.

Pros: No problems getting to 3.8 using a D0 920 with only slight voltage tweaking. I'm sure I could get more out of it with some effort. Corsair h50 cooler. Totally stable using win7 64. 12GB mushkin red running at 1603 and cas 6. Using multiplier of 19 and bus 200.

Overall Review: Can't testify about sata 6 or usb 3 since I don't have any such devices.

Pros: I'm using two set for 12 GB. Passes prime and occt tests at 1603 MHz cas 6, with asus p6x58d, Intel 920 OC'd to 3.8. Win7 64 bit OS.
